Day 8 - no sugar or white flour!

So far things are going really well! I still feel super tempted to go off my plan and eat ALL the CHOCOLATE in the world!!! lol… But I’ve resisted temptation and been trekking along :-)

Breakfast was an egg frittata with spinach and tomatoes.

Lunch was a chicken breast and a salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.

Dinner was fajita style Chicken with bell peppers and onion, minus the tortillas! Also roasted broccoli on the side.

It was delish! I’m definitely going to be having that again lol!
